Joyous and Free

As I am forced to see the outcome of others perceived righteous indignation on small and large scales. I find myself acting with a renewed sense of purpose. I will be Joyous and Free.
Let me start by examining my words. I’ve inserted definitions of the words I’m using to describe a state of being, I desire.

· How does one become Joyous and Free?
I shall strive to be of a happy nature, with deep feelings of true happiness. While living in a condition of contentment. Released from the attachment of external direction or restriction of another’s will

My first act towards this goal – I refuse to be pushed or provoke into a state of aggression/ depression for someone else’s agenda. This is supported by my God given right of free will. Thus, provides me the choice to take action and not react to blatant acts of hostility. I choose to turn the other cheek. My action will be to turn it over to God.

Romans 12:19-21
12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
12:20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
12:21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

· Is it possible to be Joyous and Free all the time?
I realize that I am a Human Being designed by God, in God’s likeness, but I am not God in wholeness. I take my will back from God often. As, I grow during my journey I am quicker to recognize my slip and correct it much sooner than ever before. As in The Lord’s Prayer “ Thy will be done”. The more I model my ways in this light, the more often I will experience joy and freedom.

True Power

Word…

Spoken, written, or thought, words are the most powerful tool a human being has.

Being created in God’s likeness we can wield word giving them intent and power. Along with free will we have the CHOICE you use them for positive or negative purposes.
For example:
Words were used by God himself to create life itself. (Genesis 1:1- 1:31)(NIV)

The Beginning

1In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

3And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day…

As humans we use words to create a reality .

“I love you” is a devotion of the strength of your feelings to another.

“I hate you” is also a declaration of the strength of emotion a person feels towards another.
Both hold a incredibly strong charge.

There are millions of variations of the words. They all hold power. Remember when someone has use a positive or negative combination of these words towards you. The feelings they called forth.

You have the power to cause bliss or devastation. “Remember, with great power, comes great responsibility” said by Uncle Ben to Peter Parker in Spiderman, originally quoted from Voltaire.
